We would like to thank you all. Who took their time to write a comment to us. All the positive funny and well meant writings are truly appreciated and we love them all!
Now, the problem is. If we receive comments including links to ads, they automatically end up in our spam filter and – quite honestly – we do not want our blog ending up as a billboard. That is the main reason why all comments are not getting published.
Another story is that, If you include your private blog or website address to your comment. Your comment will then be published of course.
Anyhow, we do hope, you understand our concerns about our beloved blog. Our efforts to keep it “clean” and our stile. And please, keep writing to us, we really do enjoy your comments ?

Unfortunately, we did not have much time to write a post this week.
Instead, we decided to add a few new interesting recipes which we strongly recommends to test. To get directly to the recipes, just click on the picture of your choice.
This post might also remind you that we create and test veggie or vegan recipes.

Here comes a short video from our sailing week around Malta.
We all had to work quite hard during the week of education. So no one had really the time to film so much as we would have liked. Anyhow we did a mix for the whole wonderful week we had together.

Finally the day has arrived for our adventure. Which means our trip to Malta. To do the RYA competent crew and the RYA day skipper practical.
Most stuff is packed. Just some final preparation left.
Taxi is organised by Salana sailing from Malta airport to Creek Marina, Ta Xbiex, Pontoon H. Where the sailing yacht is. That’s comforting that we do not need to worry about finding the marina.
We will meet M & M’s at Zurich Airport just after 3 o’clock this afternoon for the check-in and to have an early dinner. We are very excited and look forward to our sailing week.

If you are visiting our recipe pages, you will notice that the layout has chanced.
We tried to make the recipes easier to understand, like a step by step kind of way.
Now you will have a better overview about the ingredients and how to prepare and cook the various meals.
Among other things a calculator is connected between the number of people which shall be served and the amount of each ingredient.
For example, if you choose 6 servings (persons) it will automatically recalculate the quantity of each ingredient you will need to prepare a meal for 6 people.
The time to prepare and cook the meals is estimated of course – depends on how fast one handles a knive for example and what kind of oven/grill/stove you have in your kitchen.
And: You can even print the recipes! :o)
As you might have already guessed, we are no professional chefs, but very passionate ones! So please forgive us any possible mistakes… ;o)
We hope you will like the new layout and appreciate – of course – any feedback and ideas.

Yesterday I finished my RYA Day-skipper theory by doing the assessment.
Everything went perfect and I passed the course.
As mentioned in an earlier post, I did the course over Internet and my review of an education like this on the net: It’s just perfect, good and fun.
I took my RYA course by www.navathome.com. Who are a RYA recognised Training Centre. I can just recommend them to everyone.
They give you all the support you need and in case you are doing something wrong you receive a reply by E-mail from them within minutes.
When you are doing a good job on the tests you will receive feedback and congratulation.
Later when it’s time for a Yacht master theory course, then I will do it by Navathome again.
