  1. Slice the tomatoes and chop the onion. grate the parmasan cheese. Mix together the bouillon.Measure up the white wine in a cup. measure up the correct amount of rice
  2. Heat up some olive oil in a pot and add the onion. after a few minutes lower the temperature and add the rice and fry it together for a few minutes.
  3. Add in the white wine and let it simmer on low temperature for 3 - 4 minutes.
  4. Add in little amount of the bouillon and let it simmer. Now it's the time to add the sliced tomatoes (or the tomato pure). Every time the when you see that the mix start to thicken add a little more bouillon. Just let it simmer slowly at a low temperature and steer now and then so you don't burn it.
  5. When all the bouillon is used up or the rice is soft (it will take about 35 - 45 minutes), add the grated parmasan cheese and steer / mix it together

  1. Peal & chop the onions, slice the tomato and the mozzarella cheese in 5 mm thick slices
  2. Peal and chop the garlic, cut in half take out the stones from the olives, wash the spinach leaves
  3. Heat up olive oil in a big pan, add the onion and the garlic, let it fry for a few minutes then add the white wine
  4. Add the spinach and mix everything together, steer now and then
  5. After a few minutes the spinach will shrink quite a lot
  6. Add the black olives and fry it for 3-4 minutes
  7. Prepare the dough during this time and put it in a pie dish, heat up the oven to 180°C
  8. Distribute the spinach & olive mix on top of the dough
  9. Pour the soy cream and the veggie egg mix over the quiche, then add a few sliced tomatoes and veggie cheese
  10. Insert the quiche in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes
  11. Ready to serve as a main dish with a green salad

  1. Clean the lemon and grate its zest. Press the juice from half of the lemon, grate the parmasan cheese
  2. Start the water for the Linguine (pasta)
  3. Add ca 2 tbsp salt when the water boils
  4. Add the Linguine, when al dente, take it of the stove and remove the water
  5. Heat up a pan
  6. Melt the butter
  7. Add the grated lemon zest
  8. Add the white wine
  9. Let it simmer for a few minutes
  10. Add the cream and season it with salt and pepper
  11. Let the sauce simmer until it becomes thicker
  12. Add the Linguine
  13. Add the parmesan
  14. Add the lemon juice
  15. Mix everything good and serve at once

An easy quick meal which tastes as fantastic as it sounds! If you like some more parmesan you can of course grate some over it.

As so often, a good red wine and some bread fits perfect to this refreshing pasta dish!

  1. Take the stem off the mushrooms and chop them
  2. Place the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish and add the wine
  3. Cut the bread in small cubes and roast in olive oil
  4. Add the chopped stems and fry everything for a few minutes
  5. Take it off the stove and put the mix in a bowl. Add the finely chopped herbs and press the garlic in. Then comes the butter, blend everything carefully. Season to taste with pepper
  6. Preheat the oven to 180° C
  7. Fill the lovely mix into the mushrooms and and bake the “Fake Escargots” in the middle of the oven, for about 20-25 minutes

Serve it as an exceptional starter or together with a nice salad as a main dish!
