Instructions
  1. Bring the water for the pasta to a boil, Chop the garlic and chili
  2. Put the spaghettis in
  3. Only now you start with the sauce
  4. Warm up the olive oil in a big frying pan
  5. Add garlic and chili and stir for a few minutes – don’t let them burn!
  6. The spaghetti should be “al dente” now (after about 10 minutes)
  7. Drain them and put them in the frying pan with the “aglio e olio” sauce and stir gently
Recipe Notes

Serve immediately with a chunk of fresh bread and a glass of red wine. FANTASTICO!
