🌱 Sweetpotatoe – Turnip Cabbage Soup

Sweet Potatoe – Turnip Cabbage Soup

  1. Peel sweet potatoes and turnip cabbages and cut in cubes (approx. 1.5 cm )
  2. Warm up the olive oil and add the chopped onion and garlic
  3. Stir for a couple of minutes
  4. Add the vegetables and curry powder and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes
  5. While stirring deglaze with the white wine
  6. Add the bouillon after a few minutes
  7. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 40 minutes – until the veggies are soft
  8. Then season to taste with salt and pepper. Finished – tastes fantastic as it is !

Alternatively, the finished soup can be puréed, add a swig of cream and – voilà – you have a wonderful creamy soup.

    1. I use WP Mobile Pack, Don’t know if it’s good enough but I try it out and have done so for about 2 weeks.
      Not 100% happy but better than nothing.
