Instructions
  1. Start with cooking the minced soy meat for 10 minutes in water mixed with little red wine. When ready drain and press out the water from the meat
  2. Heat up a pan and add the chopped onion and fry it for a few minutes, Start heating up the water for the pasta at the same time
  3. Add the minced meat with the onion, mix everything together and let it cook for a few minutes
  4. Add the brown sauce mix. Stir everything together
  5. Add salt, pepper, paprika powder and some chili flakes. Mix and let it simmer on low temperature until the pasta is ready
  6. Ready to serve
Recipe Notes

 

Served normally in Switzerland together with apple puree but can as well be served with a salad.

A glas of Red wine fits good.
