  1. Boil the Flower Sprouts in saltwater for about 2 minutes
  2. Heat up a pan with the olive oil
  3. Add the onion, garlic and chili
  4. Stir for a minute or two
  5. Add the Flower Sprouts
  6. Flavour with salt and pepper and add a little water or bouillon, to avoid it to burn
  7. After about 30 minutes the veggies should be finished…..mmmhhh…lovely
