Linguine with Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- 400 g Linguine flat type of spagetti
- 2 dl Cream
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pcs Lemon organic
- 2 dl White Wine
- 1 dl Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Clean the lemon and grate its zest. Press the juice from half of the lemon, grate the parmasan cheese
- Start the water for the Linguine (pasta)
- Add ca 2 tbsp salt when the water boils
- Add the Linguine, when al dente, take it of the stove and remove the water
- Heat up a pan
- Melt the butter
- Add the grated lemon zest
- Add the white wine
- Let it simmer for a few minutes
- Add the cream and season it with salt and pepper
- Let the sauce simmer until it becomes thicker
- Add the Linguine
- Add the parmesan
- Add the lemon juice
- Mix everything good and serve at once
