  • 250 g Flower Sprouts rinsed
  • 1 pc Onion sliced
  • 1-2 clove Garlic sliced
  • 1 pc Chili sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt


  • Boil the Flower Sprouts in saltwater for about 2 minutes
  • Heat up a pan with the olive oil
  • Add the onion, garlic and chili
  • Stir for a minute or two
  • Add the Flower Sprouts
  • Flavour with salt and pepper and add a little water or bouillon, to avoid it to burn
  • After about 30 minutes the veggies should be finished…..mmmhhh…lovely


Serve this tasty side dish with whatever you like – it’s always a success!
