Flower Sprouts
Ingredients
- 250 g Flower Sprouts rinsed
- 1 pc Onion sliced
- 1-2 clove Garlic sliced
- 1 pc Chili sliced
- 2-3 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Boil the Flower Sprouts in saltwater for about 2 minutes
- Heat up a pan with the olive oil
- Add the onion, garlic and chili
- Stir for a minute or two
- Add the Flower Sprouts
- Flavour with salt and pepper and add a little water or bouillon, to avoid it to burn
- After about 30 minutes the veggies should be finished…..mmmhhh…lovely
