  1. Put together all the ingredients and chop the parsley.
  2. Add all ingredient except the gated parmesan cheese in a pot.
  3. Let simmer under a lid for 10-15 minuter or until al dente.Stir every now and then. When al dente add the grated parmesan and stir it together.
  4. Serve on a plate thither with some bred.

  1. Clean and cut the haricots in half. Cut the zucchini in half and in 1 cm thick pieces.
  2. Add olive oils in a pan and heat it up.
  3. Add the haricots and fry for a minute or two.
  4. Add the zucchini, stir it together and fry them together for ca 15 minutes under lid. add a little salt.Mix the salad dressing when the haricots and zucchini are in frying in the pan.
  5. Add the lemon juice and the zest in a salads bowl
  6. Add the chili.
  7. Take the haricot and zucchini of the heat and add it to the salads bowl. Mix everything together.
  8. Add a salads leave on each plate. Add the haricot salads mix asa filling on each salads leave.
  9. Add the Cashew nuts.
  10. Add the red currant berries at the end.

This is a wonderful salad to eat a hot day.

  1. Start with copping the red onion, shallot, garlic, red pepper and the veggie meat
  2. Fry the veggie meat (We used Soy steaks but seitan would fit as good)
  3. Fry the red onion, shallot, garlic, red pepper on low temperature until soft but do not burn it
  4. Add the tomato purée and the vite wine and let it simmer for 10 minutes
  5. Add tinned tomatoes the sliced veggie steaks, water, veggie bouillon, vegan Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, dry Sherry, sugar and season it with salt and pepper
  6. Steer it and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Add the soy-creme, mix it together and let simmer on low temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.Voila it's ready to serve

  • 20 pcs Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 pcs Onion cut in half and in slices
  • 2-3 clove Garlic cut in half and in slices
  • 1 pcs Chili cut in half and in slice, or use dry chili - it works as good
  • 1 l Water
  • Salt same quantity as cooking spaghetti the usual way
  • 1 bunch Basil

  1. Use a wide pan with a lid for cooking of this meal
  2. Cut the cherry tomatos in half
  3. Cut the onion, garlic and chili in half and cut them in fine slices
  4. Add the spaghetti, onion, garlic, chili basil and the salt in the pan
  5. Add the water
  6. Heat up under lid until it's cooking
  7. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 11 minutes(stir now and then)
  8. The water will evaporate during cooking and will look like this picture in the end.
Recipe Notes

This is one of the easiest pasta meals you can imagine, without stress about finishing everything at the same time.

Serve it with grated parmesan cheese and some bread.

If you do for more than 2 people the amount of water can be a little tricky. For 4 servings I recommend about 1.5 litre of water.

  1. Mix together 5 tbsp: veggie bouillon, 3 tbsp paprika powder and 3/4 dl soy sauce and water
  2. Mix gluten and the nuritional yeast together in a food processor
  3. Add in the mixed water, soy and veggie bouillon
  4. Add the Tahini
  5. Start the food processor and mix everything until you have a even dough which feels like rubber
  6. Form the dough into a long roll with a diameter of about 7 – 10cm
  7. Cut it in 1cm thick slices
  8. Prepare a big pot with about 7 liter of water mix in 6 tbsp of veggie bouillon
  9. Put in the finished sliced seitan pieces
  10. Heat up the bouillon and let it slowly boil for ca 50 minutes
  11. Switch off the heat and let it cool down in the Bouillon (put on a lid)
Recipe Notes

Don't worry in case you think it's a lot of seitan you have produced (well, it is of course).
You can deep-freeze the steaks without problem. We usually do portions of 2 pieces.
